About these terms
These terms apply to anyone visiting kvlkstudio.com. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover our shipped products (UkrNews, Tic-Tac-Toe 3D, Cuts) — each of those has its own terms.
Who runs this site
KVLK Studio is an independent software studio led by Danylo Kovalenko, based in Ukraine and working remotely. The site exists to introduce the studio and the products we build.
What you can do here
You can read about the studio, browse our work, and send us a message. You can quote or share short excerpts of our text with attribution.
What you can't do
- Copy substantial portions of the site, or our logo, brand marks and product names, for commercial use without written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's availability — including automated scraping that ignores rate limits, vulnerability scanning without authorization, or sending high volumes of contact-form submissions.
- Use the contact form for spam, harassment, or to send unlawful content.
Our content
All site copy, images, illustrations, source code and the KVLK Studio brand are © KVLK Studio unless explicitly marked otherwise. External logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party services and to our products. We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content or policies — review their own terms before relying on them.
No engagement implied
We're an independent product studio building our own products and don't take freelance or client work. A friendly message through the contact form doesn't create a business relationship, contract, NDA, or service obligation.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online but make no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KVLK Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that can't be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms occasionally. The effective date below changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
